Brief Builder

Project overview

While at Recruitd we realised that Recruitment agencies and employers always struggle to receive a proper brief from hiring managers and we came up with a creative and interactive solution that allows hiring managers to create a brief and don't miss anything they need to the position they are hiring for.

For this project, I directed and created the creative strategy, UX/UI design, product design, motion design and illustrations. I created the wireframing for the tool, managed my design team and worked with the development team to ensure the tool was engaging, interactive and useful. To support this I created the social media assets for the release of the product.
